The first development phase of Bromont International was to service food processing companies who use cheese as a basic ingredient in the preparation and manufacturing of food products.

The second step called for Mr. RENÉ LABRECQUE’s expertise in the development of new products and marketing strategies acquired from Canadian and European dairy product processing companies.

Mr. Labrecque’s knowledge as a consulting expert became a significant asset for Bromont International; as they were ready to make their mark with food processing industrial entrepreneurs and distributors that service hotels, restaurants, institutions (HRI) and retail stores. The QUALITY/SERVICE/EXPERTISE principle has been a winning formula for the development of the company and their customers.
